ORDERS

You will receive an order confirmation upon placing your order with your order number. Orders will process in 2 to 3 business days and then a tracking email will be sent with shipping information and tracking details.

All orders placed on the weekend or major holiday will be processed the following day.

CHANGES TO ORDER

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. All Sale items are final sale.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact customer support. For lost shipments, a claim will be filed with the carrier. A replacement order or refund will be issued once the claim is resolved.
